At the November 21st club meeting of Rotary Club Carmel Indiannapolis USA and Rotary Club Shillong Heritage India flags were exchanged to show the bond of Rotary Friendship. Rtn Kaveri Barthakur and Rtn Mrinal Barthakur attended the meeting and took part in the fellowship. Rotary club Carmel has a total of 129 members
